We had a fabulous April, and now we’re busily preparing for our Acro Demos and Spring Recitals!
In April:
· Allison Beck, Addison Hopson, Liberty Houldsworth, Tucker Kiska, Keller Knight, Charlotte Linehan, Alexa Maly, Hannah Middlekauff, and Jordan Wanuck had a wonderful time performing at Daycare Adult Services.
· Eleven of our Middletown Middle School dancers performed “Matilda, Jr” for 4 large audiences!
· Our Interfaith dancers began their spring visits to local congregations by participating in two worship services at Zion Lutheran church.
· Meredith Dunn, Madison Jonke, Madelyn Kiska, Alexa Maly, Emily Smalt, Lila VandenBosche, and Madison Whipp all joined our staff for the 23-24 season!
· Our 22-23 Competition Team wrapped their season with outstanding performances at Beyond the Stars Dance Competition in Lancaster, PA, including an ADCC Award of Excellence!
What’s next for our dancers?
· We’re preparing for an evening of Acro Demos and FIVE Recitals at MHS!
· Our Interfaith Dancers will be visiting two more congregations this month.
· Brunswick Middle School is performing “Mean Girls, Jr”, and Miss Abby, with help from Miss Allison, Miss Kate & Miss McKenna, has helped them with choreography for their show.
· Our dancers in the Marching Knights Dance Line will perform at the Jazz Band’s 2023 evening of Jazz in May, and we’ll begin the audition process for next season’s line.
· Spring Cecchetti Exams are coming up in just a few weeks.
· We’ll be publishing our 23-24 class schedule this month as well!
